This bracelet consists of four secured leather strands. The center strand weaves through the braided leather knot in the center to attach to its own clasp. During times of stress or anxiety, the wearer is able to unclasp the center strand, pull it through the center knot, sliding the beads up the strand and into their palm. They can then roll, rub or grip the beads to ease their anxiety. Once they have calmed, weave the strand back through the center knot and re-clasp. The bracelet has not been removed from the wrist and the wearer has successfully soothed themselves without others noticing. 
Gemstone beads are selected based on the wearer's needs. Each bracelet is custom made to ensure the wearer's individual, therapeutic needs are met.
