This bracelet consists of three strands. The center strand attaches to its own clasp. During times of stress or anxiety, the wearer is able to unclasp the center strand and bring it, and the gemstones secured to it, into their palm. They can then roll, rub or grip the beads or chain to ease their anxiety. Once they have calmed, they can re-clasp the strand to the main clasp. The bracelet has not been removed from the wrist and the wearer has successfully soothed themselves without others noticing. 
Gemstone beads are selected based on the wearer's needs. Each bracelet is custom made to ensure the wearer's individual, therapeutic needs are met.
